Visitor’s e-invitation card
This is the best way to make sure everyone on your email database knows that you are participating in the event, and to invite them to visit your stand. We will customize the card with your organisation’s name, Exhibiting booth number.
Email signature event banner
A quick and easy way to let everyone know you’re exhibiting at the show is to add the event banner below to your email signature and get your team to do the same.
We provide event web banners in a range of sizes for promoting your participation across your company’s social media platforms, or on your website. Let us know the preferred sizes. We will customize the banner with your organisation’s name, Exhibiting booth number.
The content and images provided by exhibitors will be used for promotion in MIWC/WLA Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.
Prior to the exhibition, an Event E-Directory will be published. This directory will be made available to the trade visitors of the exhibition and is also an important reference guide after the exhibition. Each Exhibitor is entitled to a free listing in the directory.
The publicity and technical manual will be emailed to all exhibitors upon confirmation of booth space. Kindly fill up form 6, 6A & 6 B respectively and we will email you the above mentioned customized items.
